We collect the details you choose to provide when you request a quote, send an enquiry, apply for a trade account, or subscribe to nursery updates. These details may include your name, organisation, email address, phone number, project information, requested products and quantities, and newsletter preference.

If you create an account, our authentication provider supplies us with your account identifier and the email address or phone number connected to the account. For security and abuse prevention, the website also creates a one-way hash from a request's network address. We do not store the raw network address in an enquiry or quote record.

We use personal information to answer enquiries, assess trade applications, prepare and follow up quotations, manage stock and pricing requests, send updates you asked to receive, secure the website, and keep an operational record of our correspondence.

You can browse the public catalogue without creating an account. An account and contact details are required to submit a quote because we need to identify the request and respond to it.

We use specialist service providers to operate this website, including Vercel for hosting, Clerk for authentication, Convex for operational records, Sanity for catalogue content, and Resend for staff email notifications when email delivery is enabled. These providers process information on our behalf and may process or store it outside Australia. Their processing locations can change over time.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it where reasonably necessary to operate the nursery, where you ask us to, or where required or authorised by law.

We use access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting, and restricted administrative tools to protect submitted information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

We keep enquiry and quote information only while it is reasonably needed for customer service, operational, record-keeping, dispute, or legal purposes. Closed records can be deleted through our restricted administration tools. Newsletter details remain active until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Short-lived abuse-control counters are used only to limit repeated submissions.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw from nursery updates, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
